ChangSeongJang, located in the old seaside town of Mokpo, used to be an inn for sailors and nearby islanders back in the 60s. It was abandoned for decades and was reborn in 2019 into a new guesthouse. This book tells a modern history of the old town of Mokpo, the rebirth of the ChangSeongJang Guesthouse, and the ridiculous political happenings that occurred in the process.
